Early Theme Park Entry, Extended Evening Hours, and Water Park Benefit Extended Through 2027
Walt Disney World has announced that several popular resort hotel benefits have been extended through 2027. These benefits include early theme park entry, extended evening hours, and the water park benefit, which will return for select summer dates. Below, we’ll briefly discuss each of these options and what we know for next year.
You might also want to be aware that this morning’s announcements included the release of travel dates for booking in 2027 through October 31st. Additionally, a dining plan change-up with three options was announced for guests visiting in 2027. Let’s take a closer look at the returning resort perks.
Early Theme Park Entry in 2027
 Early theme park entry allows guests to access the theme parks 30 minutes early. This benefit applies to all resort guests and is available daily at all four parks. So, no matter which park you visit, you can enter 30 minutes ahead of the crowd. Of course, you’ll want to get to the parks early enough to take advantage of this offering. We recommend getting to the park of your choice at least 30-45 minutes early with a plan to head straight to an available attraction during that time. Extended Evening Hours in 2027
Guests staying at deluxe, deluxe villa, or other select resort hotels will have access to Extended Evening Hours in 2027. Select parks offer extended theme park hours on select evenings after closing. This benefit allows eligible guests to remain in the parks up to two hours after the regular closing time. Water Park Benefit in 2027
The water park perk allows guests to enjoy complimentary access to a water park (based on availability) on their check-in date. This benefit returns for the summer of 2027. Here is the statement on Disney’s website regarding the return of the water park perk:
This benefit will also be available for Guests staying at an eligible Resort hotel in summer 2027, excluding the Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort. Stay tuned for more information and dates.
