NEW: Holiday Decorations to Debut at Magic Kingdom On November 2nd in 2025
Disney has announced that holiday decorations will start appearing at Magic Kingdom this year on November 2, 2025. For all those hoping to see Christmas decor at the Most Magical Place on Earth this Saturday, you might want to change your plans or wait until Sunday, the 2nd.
It wasn’t clear whether or not Halloween decorations would remain up through the 1st, but we imagine these things are changed out simultaneously, given the amount of work and equipment needed to make the transition from Halloween to Christmas. Here is the simple post Disney used to share this announcement on their social media.

The official 2025 Christmas season begins on November 14th and lasts through December 31st. For more updates, see our guide to Christmas at Magic Kingdom. Or you might like our entire guide to the holidays at Disney World. Check back with Resorts Gal for the latest Disney updates and reviews.
