Columbia Harbour House at Magic Kingdom Introduces New and Updated Menu Items
Changes are coming to the menu at Columbia Harbour House in Magic Kingdom. The popular quick-service restaurant in Liberty Square is adding new and updated dishes. Some may be worth a second look on your next visit!
Known for its seafood selections and New England-inspired menu, Columbia Harbour House has long been a convenient dining option for guests looking for something a little different from traditional theme park fare. Below, we’ll take a closer look at the restaurant’s latest menu additions and reimagined updates. Per today’s announcements, these items will appear on the menu starting October 28th!
We’ll start with a new item, the beer-battered fish platter. We’re not entirely sure how this menu item differs from the current fish platter, but we hope it’s tasty. The image shows a hand holding a freshly battered fish fillet.

Next, Disney teases a new hand-breaded shrimp platter. This used to be one of our go-to menu items at Columbia Harbor House! Again, I’m not entirely sure what’s changed, but these fries look pretty hearty, and the shrimp are a nice golden-brown tone.

This Crab Cake Sandwich is a new plant-based menu item. Will this rival the former Lighthouse sandwich that guests used to rave about? Time will tell, but it looks like a strong contender. It’s hard to tell from the photo that the fried “crab” patty is meatless! We also get a much better look at those steak fries!

Last but not least, we have a new version of Boston Cream Pie, a long-time dessert at this location. The new version looks like two small yellow cakes filled with Boston Cream Pie filling and topped with chocolate ganache.

Overall, it’s nice to see a few menu updates at Columbia Harbour House. When I first moved to Orlando, this quickly became my go-to quick service at Magic Kingdom. However, in recent years, they removed some of our favorites from the menu (the New England Shrimp Boil, for one), and our last meal there fell pretty flat.
These days we’ve frequented Pecos Bill more than I ever anticipated. You may remember we even provided a fresh review of Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe a few months back. They have the best queso fries.
For other dining news, you may remember that three Magic Kingdom table service restaurants added new menu items earlier this week. You may also remember that Mickey Mouse souvenir plates recently debuted at select theme park quick service restaurants. And several new waffles and churros debuted at Disney World this Fall.
