Meet Stitch at the Disney Visa Character Experience at Disney's Hollywood Studios

He’s everyone’s favorite little blue alien, and if you’re a Disney Visa Cardholder, you have an exclusive opportunity to meet Stitch at the Disney Visa Character Experience at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. This location is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Celebrity Spotlight. It is one of several perks at Disney World for Disney Visa Cardholders.

To meet Stitch at this location, you must show your Disney Visa Card or Disney Visa Rewards Card for entry. Cardholders will receive free photo downloads from their visit with Stitch. Celebrity Spotlight is located across from Echo Lake at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. If you’re coming from the front of the park, it’s just past Vacation Fun and the Frozen Sing-Along exit that’s held in the Hyperion Theater.

We recently stopped by the meet-and-greet to check things out. For reference, Olaf has a regular meet-and-greet for all guests at Celebrity Spotlight. In the picture below, guests are waiting to meet Olaf. (Anyone can join that line.) When this picture was taken, I was joining a separate queue to meet Stitch. There was no one ahead of me.

To provide a little history, the former Disney Visa Character Experience at Hollywood Studios was at Star Wars Launch Bay. That location offered the opportunity to meet Darth Vader. However, that experience closed in the fall of 2025. Soon after, Olaf debuted as the new Disney Visa character. Then, last March, there was a change-up, and Stitch took the place of Olaf at this location.

After showing my Disney Visa Rewards Card, I was able to enter the meet-and-greet. You might notice that it’s the same backdrop that Olaf uses to meet guests “in summer.” However, numerous props like surfboards and tropical flowers have been added to give the space a Hawaiian feeling.

Of all the props, Lilo’s wagon was the best. Inside it, you’ll find Lilo’s record player, a speaker, and Stitch’s good and bad meter.

He has been mostly good lately.

Stitch does sign autographs at this location. If you have something for him to sign, you’ll want to have it out and ready before you enter the meet-and-greet.

Unfortunately, a PhotoPass photographer is not available at this meet-and-greet. Instead, a photo box mounted on the wall will take your photo.

When you’re finished, you can scan your ticket, MagicBand, or Keys to the World card to add the photos to your My Disney Experience app.
