Disney’s Beach Club Resort’s Bus System (Schedule, Stops, and Average Travel Times)
One of the perks of staying at Disney’s Beach Club Resort is having complimentary bus service to and from select theme parks and Disney Springs. While you’ll find multiple transportation options at the resort, some destinations require a bus ride. So for this article, we’ll focus specifically on the bus system, including average travel times, internal bus stops, and what to expect during your stay.
For reference, guests of Disney’s Beach Club can access the following forms of complimentary transportation from the resort: the Skyliner, boats, buses, and walking paths. (You can boat or walk to Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios from this resort!)
Regarding the buses, you’ll need to take them when visiting the Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and Disney Springs. Beach Club shares a bus service with the neighboring Yacht Club for the Magic Kingdom. The resort shares bus services with Yacht Club and BoardWalk for Disney’s Animal Kingdom and Disney Springs. Since Beach Club is the second stop, it’s always in the middle. Here’s how the routes work:
- Disney’s Yacht Club (1st Stop)
- Disney’s Beach Club (2nd Stop)
- Disney’s BoardWalk (3rd Stop)
- Disney’s Animal Kingdom (Destination)
on the return trip
- Disney’s Animal Kingdom (Board Bus)
- Disney’s Yacht Club (1st Stop)
- Disney’s Beach Club (2nd Stop)
- Disney’s BoardWalk (Last Stop)
*Extra buses run at the resorts first thing in the morning when more people travel to the parks. So you shouldn’t have to worry about the bus filling up at the Yacht Club before it reaches the Beach Club. We’ve been staying at the Beach Club regularly for over a decade and would run into this issue years ago. But, from our experience, it appears to have been corrected.
Beach Club’s bus stop is to the left, down a long covered walkway outside the resort’s front entrance. The entire stop is under a covered pavilion with a couple of benches.

Here are our average bus travel times from the Beach Club. It’s important to note that these times do not include how long we waited for the bus. Wait times signs are available at the resort bus stop, indicating when the next bus will arrive. The times below are how long it takes to get from the resort to the destination. They are the average of several trips and do not consider extenuating circumstances like significant traffic. Also, remember our travel times include the extra stop at Disney’s Boardwalk for Animal Kingdom and Disney Springs.
Buses From: | To: | Time: |
---|---|---|
Beach Club | Magic Kingdom | 15 minutes |
Beach Club | Animal Kingdom | 21 minutes |
Beach Club | Disney Springs | 17 minutes |
