New Summer Menu Items Debut at the Hollywood Brown Derby in 2026
A few new summer menu items recently debuted at the Hollywood Brown Derby at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. If you’ve been following along, you know this restaurant makes our list of best signature dining options at Disney World. Over the years, we’ve eaten at the Brown Derby more than any other signature restaurant at Disney World. It’s a classic.
As I’ve mentioned before, there are a few menu items that we love, like the escargot appetizer. It’s worth trying if you like comfort food, but fair warning, you’ll soon be back to enjoy it again. Yes, this escargot can 100% be considered comfort food. Here’s a photo before we get to the new stuff.

Of course, we also love the Brown Derby because of its ever-changing seasonal menu. This summer preview follows the 2026 spring preview we shared a few months back. Let’s take a look at what’s new. We’ll start with the pan-roasted halibut, priced at $54.00 and described as leek vichyssoise risotto, pea, and citrus. It looks delicious.

Next, we have the char-grilled octopus priced at $20.00. It’s described per the menu as herb-roasted potatoes, chimichurri, and chipotle-harissa aïoli

A fried pork chop is also new to the menu, priced at $45.00. This item comes with a Yuzu beurre blanc and summer vegetables.

Fans of beef might like to try the braised center-cut short rib. It comes in at $54.00 and is accompanied by a hominy purée, roasted vegetables, smoky adobo glaze, and beef jus

Or you could go with an updated filet mignon for $52.00. It’s described as rhubarb-red wine demi-glace, Yukon gold potato, and braised endive

Rounding things out with a touch of sweetness, we have the Honey Pot De Crème, described as strawberry compote, salted streusel, and ginger sponge cake. This item is priced at $14.00.

Or you might like to try another new dessert, the vanilla fruit cheesecake, priced at $14.00. The decadent-looking dessert is described as vanilla cheesecake, peach sponge, strawberry panna cotta, streusel, strawberry-peach compote, mango coulis, and crunchy tuile.

In case you missed it, we also shared a preview of new summer menu items at Disney’s California Grill in 2026. The California Grill is located at Disney’s Contemporary Resort and is another of our top contenders for signature dining.
