The following attractions have permanently closed at Walt Disney World. We started this page to keep a historical record of closed attractions and entertainment offerings during our time covering the parks. This page is a work-in-progress. It’s updated as needed.
Closing in 2026
The following attractions and locations are closing in 2026.
- Rafiki’s Planet Watch
- Rafiki’s Planet Watch permanently closed in February 2026. This area of the park was renamed Bluey’s Wild World Adventure at Conservation Station.
- Let the Magic Begin Castle Stage Show
- The morning welcome show was removed from the park’s lineup during the repainting of Cinderella Castle. It was completely removed from all mention in the Spring after the new paint job was completed.
- DINOSAUR at Disney’s Animal Kingdom (Last Day: February 1, 2026)
- Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster at Disney’s Hollywood Studios (Last Day: March 1, 2025)
Closed in 2025
The following attractions, gift shops, and restaurants closed in 2025.
- TriceraTop Spin: This spinner-style attraction permanently closed in early January of 2025.

- Tom Sawyer Island (July 2025)
- Liberty Square Riverboat (July 2025)
