Crew’s Cup Lounge Reopens This Weekend at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort
Crew’s Cup Lounge is set to reopen this weekend at Disney’s Yacht Club. The fan-favorite lounge officially opens Sunday, May 9, 2026, after a multi-month closure that began in February. In turn, the resort’s signature restaurant, Yachtsman Steakhouse, will close tomorrow. It is expected to reopen by August.
At present, Disney’s Yacht Club is undergoing an extensive exterior refurbishment that is expected to last through late 2026. Here is the entire refurbishment announcement from the Walt Disney World website:
Disney’s Yacht Club Resort is undergoing exterior maintenance through late 2026, which will affect views throughout the Resort and, at times, require alternate paths of travel. In addition, Yachtsman Steakhouse will close in May 2026 for a refresh, with reopening expected by August 2026, and Crew’s Cup Lounge will close February 23, 2026, with reopening expected in May 2026. Guests may see or hear daytime work until the refurbishment is complete.

As far as the updated menu online, most appetizers appear to remain intact. Longtime readers of the site know that Crew’s Cup is one of our favorite places to grab a bite to eat at Disney World. Here is a list of what’s currently available.
- Charcuterie and Cheese Board (Prosciutto, Calabrese Salami, Point Reyes Blue Cheese, Mt Tam, and Comté)
- Yachtsman Signature Bread (Sourdough, Onion Pull-apart Rolls, Roasted Garlic, Butter)
- Lobster Bisque (Focaccia Crostini, Lobster Salad, Crème Fraîche, Red Pepper Coulis, Brandy, Espelette Oil)
- Prime Rib Sliders (Onion Rolls, Au Jus, and Horseradish Cream)
- Caesar Salad (Shaved Parmesan, Croutons)
- Steakhouse Wedge Salad (Candied Bacon, Farmhouse Egg, Radish, Smokey Blue Cheese Vinaigrette)
- Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail (Poached Shrimp, Cocktail Sauce)
- House-made Chips with Black Garlic Aïoli (Smoked Paprika Salt)
We’ve had pretty much everything on the menu here except for the chips that come with the black garlic aioli. That said, the house-made chips are always a treat anywhere you can find them at Disney World. Our go-to meal here is the prime rib sliders. They are served on the Yachtsman’s delicious onion rolls and are truly a real comfort food. While not listed on the menu, it’s also worth mentioning that a kids’ menu is available at Crew’s Cup Lounge. It is a family-friendly lounge that doesn’t require reservations.
Overall, we are happy to see that Crew’s Cup Lounge is reopening. If you haven’t had a chance to enjoy a meal there, give it a try. We sure love it.
