Branch & Brush at Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge: First Look at the New Lounge

Disney has shared a first look at Branch & Brush, a new lounge coming to Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge. The gathering space will offer handcrafted cocktails and views of Bay Lake when the resort opens. For reference, reservations for Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge open to all guests on October 8, 2026. In the meantime, Disney has released a few additional details about the resort, including a closer look at its grand lobby and the new lounge just beyond it. Let’s take a look!

First Look at Branch & Brush at Lakeshore Lodge

Branch & Brush, a resort lounge, will be located just beyond the lobby at Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge. The new lounge is designed around the changing seasons, with rich colors, natural textures, and artwork. One of the most noticeable features will be a color-changing chandelier at the heart of the lounge. The chandelier will shift through colors inspired by all four seasons, adding a changing visual element to the space.

Disney describes the lounge as a place where guests can unwind after a day of exploring. The lounge continues the resort’s broader emphasis on nature and Disney storytelling.

A Look Inside the Grand Lobby

Disney also shared additional details about the lobby at Lakeshore Lodge, which will feature expansive floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the surrounding natural landscape. One of its most distinctive features will be a shimmering fiberoptic river that illuminates the floor and flows around a custom bronze centerpiece created by Walt Disney Imagineering.

Guests who take a closer look at the bronze centerpiece will find familiar characters from Disney animated films etched into its design. The design draws inspiration from the music and storytelling of Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Pocahontas.

Above the lobby, a blown-glass Colors of the Wind sculpture will feature hundreds of suspended glass leaves. The sculpture is designed to bring movement and color into the space while continuing the nature-inspired theme.

Lakeshore Lodge Reservations Open October 8
