Final Thoughts
Overall, this sounds like a fun opportunity to get a special treat and meet a character. If you’re eligible, stop by the BoardWalk and check it out. If you’re at Epcot, you can easily walk out of the International Gateway and get to the Boardwalk in about 5-10 minutes, depending on how fast you can walk. You can also take the boat.
If you’re a DVC member who will be visiting later this summer, make sure you’re also aware of the return of Disney Vacation Club Welcome Home Weeks in 2026. That event runs from July 22nd through August 26th, and offers even more fun opportunities + a few discounts. We’re always exploring what’s new around Walt Disney World!
