The Diamond Horseshoe at Magic Kingdom to Offer Pop-Up Dining Experience
Walt Disney World has announced that the Diamond Horseshoe will offer a limited-time pop-up dining experience this fall. You may remember that the Diamond Horseshoe is currently home to Jessie’s Roundup, an interactive experience that will end on September 8th along with other Cool Kids Summer offerings.
Typically, the saloon-style restaurant offers the same menu as Liberty Tree Tavern; the only difference is the restaurant’s interior theming. But it looks like those looking to enjoy a Thanksgiving meal in the Wild, Wild West will have to wait a little longer as Disney tests this new offering. (In the meantime, you can still enjoy the same food offerings next door at Liberty Tree Tavern.)
Here’s a sneak peek of what to expect, starting with a charcuterie board. This appetizer is topped with cured beef ‘fancy bacon’, smoked pork, green chile cheese, smoked cheddar, and pickles. Per the announcement, guests can expect more small plates and sharable offerings when the pop-up opens.

Guests of all ages will be able to enjoy a fancy new lemonade called Enchanted Ember Lemonade. This non-alcoholic beverage is made with Minute Maid Premium Lemonade, strawberry, and hot honey, garnished with a chili-lime rim.

The last preview is of a Cactus Rose Margarita made with LALO Blanco Tequila, prickly pear, lime, and agave. It has such a vibrant color.
