Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort Restaurants List
Here is the list of restaurants available at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort.
- Centertown Market
- Centertown Market Grab and Go
- Sebastian’s Bistro
- Banana Cabana
- Spyglass Grill
Centertown Market Grab-N-Go is a separate area inside the resort’s food court. A few items are also available in Calypso Trading Post, the resort’s gift shop.
Centertown Market
Centertown Market is the main quick-service restaurant. This location is the resort’s primary counter service and was formerly known as the Old Port Royale food court. Expect traditional American food along with items featuring Caribbean flavors.
Caribbean Beach underwent an extensive resort refurbishment a few years back, and the name of the food court was changed to Centertown Market. Unfortunately, the food court lost a good deal of its former charm during the remodel.
Centertown Market serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food court’s hours of operation range from 7:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. Breakfast is offered from 7:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., followed by lunch and dinner between 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Here are a few of the breakfast items at Centertown Market:
- Mickey-shaped Waffles
- Waffle Bounty Platter
- Ham and Cheese Omelet
- Vanilla Pancakes
- Egg and Cheese Bagel Sandwich

Centertown Market offers mobile order options. So, if you’re returning to the resort from one of the parks or leaving your room to walk to Old Port Royale, you might prefer to place your order on the way. We often order a meal from the Disney Skyliner and select the “I’m here, prepare my order” on our walk to pick it up. It’s usually ready when we get to the quick service restaurant.
Centertown Market has a large beverage refill station with a Coke Freestyle machine and regular soda fountains. This is one of several locations across the resort where guests can refill Rapid Fill drink mugs if purchased.
Centertown Market has a microwave and toaster oven in the condiment area. Most resort quick services will have a few of these sitting out for guests to use.
Several dining rooms are available inside the quick service. But if the weather is nice enough, a covered outdoor area off the back of the restaurants is pleasant.
It offers a stunning view of the lighthouse, Barefoot Bay, and Disney’s Riviera Resort. We almost always dine outside at Centertown Market. During our last stay, I ordered the Mixed Grill Platter. Little did I know what I was getting into at the time.
Per the menu: Roasted Citrus-marinated Chicken, Barbecued Pork Ribs, and Grilled Andouille Sausage served with Fried Yucca, Seasonal Vegetables, Creamy Mango Coleslaw, and a Roll.
I ordered mine without the slaw, and they gave me a massive bowl of fries on the side in addition to everything you see below. Needless to say, the fries were completely unnecessary.
As far as this dish, the ribs, sausage, yucca, and veggies were delicious. I was beyond impressed. Unfortunately, I didn’t love the chicken. It wasn’t terrible, but my order was a little on the dry side. If you decide to order this option, consider sharing it with someone.

Centertown Market Grab-N-Go
Inside the resort’s food court sits a separate shop called Centertown Market Grab-N-Go. This location sells bottled beverages, premade sandwiches, coffee, and soft serve ice cream.
Here is a look inside the grab-n-go area.
This is also where you can pick up a Rapid Fill mug. At the time of this update, Rapid Fill mugs are $21.99. They are good at any resort self-service beverage location for the entire length of your stay. For example, if you walk to Disney’s Riviera Resort for breakfast at Primo Piatto (a quick service), you can refill your mug there instead of purchasing a drink.
Sebastian’s Bistro
Sebastian’s Bistro is the sole table service restaurant at Disney’s Caribbean Beach. This location serves family-style meals and, in most cases, will require a reservation.
For reference, Caribbean Beach is a moderate resort. Moderate Resorts tend to have two quick service restaurants, one table service, and a poolside bar. In comparison, if you were to stay at one of the value resorts, you would only have one quick service and a pool bar.
Sebastian’s Bistro offers a mix of Latin and Caribbean cuisine. They open for dinner between 4:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. You’ll find Sebastian’s Bistro near the front of Old Port Royale along the lake. It sits adjacent to the Banana Cabana.
Sebastian’s Bistro is similar to an all-you-care-to-enjoy restaurant. For one price, you’ll receive several different offerings. Here are a few of the items:
- Buttery House-baked Pull-apart Rolls (with guava butter and caramelized onion jam)
- The Spice Necklace Salad (Mixed Greens and Kale with Spiced Candied Pumpkin Seeds, Tropical Fruit, and Radish with Key Lime Dressing)
- Entree Sides (Taste of the Caribbean and Harvest of the Caribbean are both served with Cilantro Rice and Beans, Vegetable Curry, and Grilled Seasonal Vegetables)
- Taste of the Caribbean (Oven-roasted Citrus Chicken, Slow-cooked Mojo Pork with Mango Sambal, Grilled Chili-rubbed Beef* with Mojito Relish, and Sustainable Baked Fish with Veracruz Sauce)
- Our Celebrated House-made Coconut-Pineapple Bread Pudding (with Caramel Sauce and Vanilla Ice Cream)

Banana Cabana
Banana Cabana sits next door to Sebastian’s Bistro. It’s one of the cutest resort lounges at Walt Disney World. Not only is Banana Cabana the lounge at Caribbean Beach, but it also doubles as the pool bar.
Guests can walk from the resort’s Fuentes del Morro Pool to the bar. In the picture below, you can see the walk-up area for guests.
Banana Cabana is open daily from 11:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. This location serves appetizers, a few main course items, cocktails, and beverages.
Appetizers for Banana Cabana include:
- Grilled Wings
- Loaded Fries
- Chili Con Queso
- Caribbean Pull-Apart Rolls
Other menu items include:
- Jerk Chicken Sandwich
- Banana Cabana Burger
- Impossible Burger
- Coconut Shrimp
- Calypso Salad with Jerk Chicken
- Angus Bacon Cheeseburger
- Cuban Sandwich
Dessert:
- Pineapple-Coconut Bread Pudding

Additionally, another beverage refill station is attached to Banana Cabana. This area is open at all times. So, if you return to the resort after everything is closed, you can refill your beverage at this location. It will be closest to Barbados and Martinique, which sit on each side of Old Port Royale. Guests of Aruba and Jamaica can cross the bridge over Caribbean Cay to reach Old Port Royale.
Spyglass Grill
The Spyglass Grill is an extra quick service in the Trinidad section of Disney’s Caribbean Beach. It sits adjacent to the Trinidad quiet pool. For reference, Trinidad sits in a unique area of the resort that’s separate. Its location requires a further walk to almost everything at the resort except for the Skyliner.
Formerly, this area was comprised of pirate-themed rooms. However, these Caribbean Beach rooms are now themed to The Little Mermaid. So, if you end up in Trinidad, you’ll want to be aware of the Spyglass Grill, which is open daily from 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. (If you’re not staying in this resort section, you likely won’t need to visit this restaurant.)
In addition to menu items, the Spyglass Grill has a selection of grab-and-go items and a refrigerated beverage case. The Spyglass Grill was an excellent amenity near our room during our last stay.

The Spyglass Grill is partially enclosed. Here is an overview of the setup. You’ll notice that a beverage refill station is available. So, if you’re staying in Trinidad, this is a convenient place to refill Rapid Fill mugs.
If you care to enjoy a meal, several tables and chairs are available under the patio. Additional seating is available around the pool and laundry area.
Restaurants Near Caribbean Beach Resort
Before we wrap things up, I wanted to mention a few dining options at the nearby Riviera Resort. Disney’s Riviera is within walking distance from Disney’s Caribbean Beach. However, you can take the resort’s internal bus from your village to Martinique if you prefer. A walkway from the Martinique bus stop joins the path directly to the Riviera. It’s a five to seven-minute walk from Martinique to the Riviera.
Disney’s Riviera is one of our favorite resorts for dining. During our stay at Caribbean Beach, I took the internal bus from Trinidad to Martinique and walked the rest of the way to the Riviera. On the way, I mobile ordered breakfast from Primo Piatto. It was ready when I arrived. We have a Primo Piatto Review if you would like to know more about dining at this quick service.
If you’re looking for a character meal, Riviera has a character breakfast at Topolino’s Terrace. Not only that, but the resort has a fantastic bakery, Le Petit Cafe, that serves breakfast pastries and then changes over to the most delicious desserts, coffee, and cocktails throughout the remainder of the day.
Then there’s Bar Riva, the resort’s pool bar and lounge. They have an excellent menu with salads and several other healthy options. We enjoy dining here and have a separate Bar Riva Review if you want to learn more.
Here is a photo of my lemon blueberry pancakes with a side of sausage. I ended up dining outside at a table near the lake. It was the perfect way to start the day.

Regarding dining, Disney’s Caribbean Beach has excellent options at the resort and nearby. It’s a win-win for anyone staying at the resort.
Overall, Disney’s Caribbean Beach is a beautiful resort. We spend time here often and enjoy walking the grounds or stopping in for a meal even when we’re not staying here. That’s not something we can say about every resort.
